Nami did not realize that as she lifted the Ruyi Jingu Bang, the sky began to glow with radiant clouds, auspicious clouds rising, and the world suddenly filled with countless beams of golden light. The entire sea restaurant transformed into a paradise of breathtaking beauty!

"The name of this is the Ruyi Jingu Bang. Consider it a parting gift from me. So, do you like it?"

The Overlord Chu looked at the Ruyi Jingu Bang with deep reluctance. This was an exquisite divine weapon he had obtained through a surge of luck—a treasure he had intended to keep in his vault, taking it out only occasionally to wield it.

Having been Chinese in his previous life, the Ruyi Jingu Bang held an inexplicable allure for the Overlord Chu.

Then, Nami took out her own Ruyi staff from her bosom and handed it to him. Holding the still-warm staff, the Overlord Chu smiled wryly and said, "Nami, is this some kind of token of affection? It’s even still warm!"

Nami’s Ruyi staff, also known as the three-section staff, was normally concealed in her chest area. It was an incredibly strange thing—hard to imagine how she managed to hide a three-section staff there so perfectly! It was as illogical as Luffy growing a bump on his head whenever he got hit.

Hearing the Overlord’s teasing, Nami’s cheeks flushed crimson all the way to her ears. She pouted in dissatisfaction, "You big dummy! If you don’t want it, I’ll take the Ruyi staff back."

Quick as a flash, the Overlord Chu stored the staff in the system space with a light laugh, "Once a gift is given, how can it be taken back?"

Seeing that the Overlord had accepted her "token of affection," Nami’s heart leapt with a small, secret joy.

Now, she could surely stick close to the Overlord Chu and travel the world together! Nami admired her own cleverness and silently gave herself a thumbs-up.

"Nami, you really are a little clever fox."

Then, Nami saw the Overlord staring at her with a mischievous look.

"What’s wrong? Is there something on my face? Why are you staring at me like that?"

Nami secretly rejoiced—apparently, she still had some charm; finally, she had attracted the attention of the “blockhead” Overlord.

"Nothing. I just want to hear how you address me."

Address? How to address him?

Suddenly feeling shy and embarrassed, she hesitated to speak.

“Da—ddy—”

Nami’s coquettish voice came softly.

The Overlord Chu smiled contentedly, gently rubbing Nami’s small head, "Hmm, such a good daughter to Daddy."

Within just half a day, the Straw Hat crew was once again thrown into an uproar.

Luffy stared at Nami in disbelief, his mouth open wide enough to fit the Ruyi staff, "What?! Nami! You secretly called him ‘Daddy’? Why didn’t you tell us beforehand?"

Nami hummed a tune, swinging her little feet happily, obviously in a very good mood.

“This is my private matter. Why should I tell you all?”

Zoro ignored everyone present and secretly took a deep breath while holding his sword, Wadō Ichimonji.

Usopp asked from the side, “Didn’t Kaya object to this?”

Kaya was the wife of the Overlord Chu, and now Nami recognized Chu as her “Daddy.” That meant, by this logic, Kaya had effectively become Nami’s “mother”?

Nami curled her lips into a slight smile and said, “Of course not. Do you think Kaya would go against Daddy’s will?”

Everyone suddenly understood. That made sense—Kaya’s personality meant she wouldn’t overly restrain the Overlord Chu.

Sanji, who was eavesdropping nearby, couldn’t help but suck in a breath. Why did this relationship feel so messy?!

“Kaya and the Overlord Chu are husband and wife. Nami likes Chu, and Chu has adopted Nami as his daughter. So, Kaya is basically competing with her goddaughter for the same man?!”

While Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp might not have caught on to Nami’s feelings for the Overlord Chu, Sanji was known as the gentleman who understood women best.

He had already noticed Nami’s little moves and had often felt silent pity for her.

“This is really tragic. It’s so unfair to Miss Nami. She could compete fairly with Kaya, but instead, she can only secretly adore the Overlord Chu.”

“To accompany Chu on his world travels, she even grudgingly accepted him as her ‘Daddy’... I truly feel sorry for Miss Nami!”

“I just can’t understand what attracts Nami to Chu besides him being a bit better looking than me, a bit better at kicking, and a bit more charming?!”

Sanji was itching to find Chu and give him a stern scolding.
